Each Nedstat office has a dedicated team that provides support in the local language and can be reached directly, at normal telephone costs. Second and third line support is provided by a specialist team in Amsterdam.
In addition, each customer has a dedicated account manager who is a single point of accountability, for user, technical, and commercial issues.
Online help is offered through the Sitestat support section that contains quick start guides, user manuals and product screencasts, all available in 5 languages.
Nedstat also offers monthly Customer Webinars to present new features and demonstrate effective use of Sitestat. The free of charge 1 hour sessions are held by the Product Management team and attended by clients throughout Europe.
