Nedstat releases Data Merge

Amsterdam, 1 April 2010 - Nedstat announces the release of Data Merge allowing for complete integration of back office data with Sitestat measurement data regardless of size. Customer, product and other data are merged with online behavioural data for a holistic approach to customer intelligence and fully customized reporting through Sitestat Report Builder.

The imported data become an integral part of Sitestat’s unaggregated data set and can be used in the same flexible way. Users can apply the data as metrics and dimensions in the Report Builder to create fully customized reports. They can also use the data, possibly combined with online behavioural data, as filters in Live Segmentation to zoom in on any visitor group. For example, segments can be created on customer data such as age group, gender or 'number of purchases in the past 6 months'.

Enterprises are increasingly looking for a holistic view of their information. Data Merge allows for merging any type of enterprise information into Sitestat whether it is customer data from CRM systems, inventory information or information from financial systems.

"The Data Merge release is another important step towards helping our customers eliminate data silos and facilitating a holistic view of their online and offline information", says Fred Appelman, CTO at Nedstat. "The Sitestat platform allows for merged data to scale with size making it especially suitable for the integration of large databases and high traffic websites."

Imported data are treated as if they were measured by Sitestat and can therefore also be applied in Direct View™, Sitestat's overlay web metric solution and Office Link™, Sitestat’s integration with Microsoft Office.

Data Merge is available to all Sitestat customers with immediate effect.
