Terms of participation Nedstat Academy

1. Application

If you wish to apply for the training, you must submit the fax form or the application form on the Nedstat website.
The application shall be final upon confirmation by e-mail or in writing by Nedstat Academy (which is a part of Nedstat).

3. Cancellation, postponement and non-attendance

The training shall be held on the condition that there are a sufficient number of applications.
If you cancel the training 10 days or more before the date of the training, Nedstat Academy will charge you 20% of the full price of the training. In any other case of cancellation by you, Nedstat Academy will charge you the full price of the training.
If the person for whom you made the application is unable to attend, you may send a replacement at no extra charge.
If you do not attend the training, Nedstat will still charge you the full price of the training.
Nedstat Academy shall make every reasonable effort to ensure the training is held in time. Nedstat Academy shall not be liable if the training is cancelled because of circumstances beyond its control. You will be informed of any such cancellation as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Intellectual property rights

Any intellectual or industrial property rights with respect to the materials provided by Nedstat Academy in the course of the training shall remain Nedstat's sole property.
The training materials provided by Nedstat Academy in the course of the training may not be reproduced or made public.

5. Applicable law and disputes

Solely Dutch law shall apply on all agreements with Nedstat Academy.
Any disputes in connection with an agreement to which these terms apply will be submitted to the irrevocable exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam.

6. Liability

Nedstat Academy shall not be liable for any damage in connection with the loss of data, the cancellation of a training or the incorrectness of any training materials.
